Hello, I am a 30-year-old male
I had a very difficult moment in my life (divorce) and I consulted a psychiatrist. After the interview, the doctor stated that I was depressed and gave me a prescription for antidepressants (Cital (citalopram) 20mg 1 tablet / day, Exist (pregabalin) 75mg 2tab / day, Ketrel (quetiapine) 25mg 1 tablet / day)
I took these drugs for 20 days and stopped, today 4 months pass when I am not taking them.
My problem is that in the first days of using the drugs, my sex drive and erection disappeared, so after 20 days I stopped taking these drugs, today 4 months pass if I do not take drugs, the problem with libido and erection still persists. I am asking for help. What should I do in this situation? I don't have any depression, everything is ok, now only this one problem with libido makes me tired ... in general, I don't feel sexual attraction towards women, I don't have any erotic fantasies, I can only get an erection with porn movies. but still it is not as strong as before using these drugs, I have never had such problems before, I had an erection on command, I generally liked sex very much, I had a very high libido and a strong erection before the ssri.

the first 2 months after discontinuation:
supplements (ginko biloba, tribulus terrestris, omega 3, magnesium, vitamin d3)
no spontaneous erection
erection with porn only with physical masturbation (50%) without touch (10%)
ejaculation scanty, watery and no pressure
when I see an attractive woman at work 0% desires ..

4 months after weaning:
supplements (omega 3, magnesium, vitamin d3)
no spontaneous erection
erection with porn: without touching 40% physical masturbation (85%) (improvement)
normal ejaculation with pressure only still quite watery (improvement)
when I see an attractive woman at work: I like my thoughts I want, but nothing at the bottom is happening 0

all the time, I pee more often than before the ssri

another question, is it okay for me to masturbate at least 5 times every day, or should I stop for a while?

I have never taken antidepressants in my life only this one time and it was probably a fatal mistake .. during these 20 days I felt physically well, I slept well because I was taking quetiapine in my sleep it put me to sleep very quickly generally I never had any problems with sleep and I still have no problem with it .. and while taking the ad, I only felt a little emotional blunted. please tell me that it will pass completely I can't cope with impotence I'm 30 years old I'm a handsome man

I have similar situation to this @meso. I took 11 pills amitriptyline and 4 pills venlafaxine it’s been 2 months since my last pill how long would it take for sexual function to return to normal. I have low libido and a tight pelvic floor. Is this a symptoms of pssd or just widthdrawls.
