Panax Ginseng

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has tried Panax Ginseng? I tried it for a month but then stopped when reading it may act like an SNRI. I did however have some positive effects from it particularly with orgasm pleasure. Still nowhere near as good as before but still better.

Since coming off it I have noticed that some of the change has stayed. It’s not as good as when I was on it but has still improved baseline.

Libido was improved but not how it was. Hard to say really because I can’t remember what normal is. There was a noticeable increase though even if not loads
