What are the insturctions for the polls?

Is the 10 ranking the most help against PSSD symptoms?

Yea 1-10 how improved you are.

Ex Zinc brings you from 4 to 7. You put down 3.

Sonny, you wrote an explanation of the polls on the old forum and made it a sticky but unfortunately I couldn't access it. Perhaps you could redo a quick explanation when you get a chance?

the polls are all subjective, though, anyhow.

I guess that's true. I mean if something took you from 7-10, It would deserve better than a three. While 1-4 may deserve something closer to a 3.
