Calcium release

I quote from a post by a girl on the yahoo group ssrisex:
"however I happen also to be a med school student(although I do most research on cancer) that has a good grasp of serotonin action on blood vessel and I can tell that the way ssri cause sexual dysfunction is y causing blood vessel to constrict hindering blood entry and having an erection (erection happens after vasodilation). this caused by overstimulation of the 5ht2a receptor which increase calcium release and causes smooth muscles to constrict .Well I really think that with the right molecule i can reverse the change in receptor configuration that cause excess calcium to be released.any well guided biochemist can with some guidance do that through studying receptor change in conformation and reverse it ,we can try to refix the second messenger that is overactivated after serotonin receptor binding . there is true solutions to reverse the exact damage but we need to have a little group of biochemists to help us as we need to target the exact second messangers related to serotonin and not use any random modulator , to examine tissue sensitivity ..."

is the first time I read the "calcium" as the cause. what do you think?
I have the feeling that my genitals fail to congested and for this reason I do not feel sexual arousal ...
