Charak Neo ayurvedic medicine causes numbness exactly like SSRI but prescribed for PE

There is very famous medicine called Charak Neo composed of herb. It causes numbness exactly like SSRI. When I was on it my numbness increased to 1000% though on quitting I returned to baseline.

I think this one would be very useful to study, how it acts . It doesn't have antidepressant property yet causes numbness like SSRI.

Any enthusiastic what might be happening ? After analyzing this one we might find cure...that's what I believe.

It might lead to breakthrough, just the simple herb causing 1000% numbness despite not selective serotonin uptake inhibitor.
