improvement with genital anesthesia

I developed pssd back in 2017 and I have no idea what medication caused it. I talked to multiple doctors and I went to physical therapy for pelvic floor dysfunction and I tried multiple supplements (inositol, choline, ginko biloba) Nothing was working until now.

I had 0 sensation but its starting to come back and I am relieved

Ive been taking these since april 2024:
-2 oregano oil natures truth 3000 mg each
-2 garlic extract natures bounty 1000mg each
-2 peppermint oil mason natural 50mg each

I took them for a few months before I noticed a difference and its still slowly getting better.

I don't remember exactly how much time it took to see a difference but it was maybe 2 months and it was a very very slow improvement.
I had no change in diet but I did start a relationship in April.
