How do I change my password?

I have been dealing with my accounts being hacked for a while and I'm worried this one will be next. Idk how to change my password. I would use the "I forgot my password" function, but of course I no longer have access to the email associated with this account anymore ... Could the board admin or someone help me lol,

Also, if any of you remember me, I haven't been the discord for a long time because I lost access to it as well. I have made another account and will post it here at some point so you guys know its me.
