Has anyone completed a multi-weeks strict carnivore diet?
I was wondering if by doing this, we could reset our gut, and get rid of many potentially harmful microorganisms which make PSSD worse, or prevent recovery. I read stories of people getting rid of their lifelong constipation this way.
I'm gonna try this in June. I'm planning to do 4 weeks. This ain't gonna be fun, but I'm curious to see the results.

Re: Carnivore Diet
It could help if your bad gut bacteria feeds on the fiber. For me I find doing a seed oil free, more Ray Peat diet helps. If I eat certain vegetables or fruit my symptoms get worse than others. Going this route has helped me more. I only eat Ground Beef, Hard Cheese(Non processed), Orange Juice, Beef Liver, Cinnamon, Raw Carrots, and Brewers Yeast. Also iodized salt to make sure I get that. Coffee I also drink twice daily(might irritate some people gut) for protection for potential leaky gut.
Meat in general dosent have magnanese, which can help dopamine production. Carnivore did help my symptoms but I felt more anhedonia due to that.
