Do you have any books (or articles) to recommend as a way of coping and finding meaning while enduring this condition?

I would say Victor Frankl's books are a good reading on how somebody coped with extreme conditions (concentration camps) while not losing hope and not committing suicide.

I'd also say that cultivating a general curiosity about any subject could be a good way to keep one distracted and the mind busy instead of always thinking about PSSD.

I know it's hard, but let's try to come up with some suggestions.
