Does anyone have any clue why amitriptyline withdrawal (after a year of taking it)temporarily resolved anhedonia and depersonalization plus chronic fatigue style symptoms before?
And why do others get similar effects when stopping something?
It's the only window I've ever had and I would kill to know the mechanism.
Cyproheptadine 6mg (all I could stand) for a few weeks could not reproduce it. Blocking 5ht1a has also not helped in this regard with CBG, alverine citrate, cardamonin etc
