Alcohol 100% worsen my condition

I've been suffering from zero genital sensitivity since 2007, which then trigged chronic depression. So I had to take 5mg Citalopram for six months this year because I thought I was going crazy.
Especially after my Doctor told me "It's not a big deal, just go for walks and don't think about it"


Now I'm a bit more stable, but if I have a beer or two, my sensitivity and libido goes to ground zero, to the point that sex becomes painful.

I suspect I have estrogen problem ?
