Thank you for the detailed write up. I think the natural question to follow is : Is this an abstract theory or there is more to it. Did you actually try this protocol? If yes, can you please share your experience?

It pretty much went like this: I had many ideas, tested them out and found this one to work, then focused on why it does and came with this concept. It was one of the latest ideas that I had due to being wary of serious side effects and realizing that i have to come up with something to make vitamin A work and not induce crash as it usually does.

I see. It worked to what degree? And in what way? Are you totally cured? Did it just help some aspects of PSSD but not others? How long did it take before you saw results?

Very interesting hypothesis and very similar to mine. Very likely to strike at the real cause of the problem- DNA methylation.
But there are several inconsistencies in our theories so I would like us to expand on this topic.
Because so far only one mechanism is known:
PSSD is associated with the withdrawal of an agent that blocked DNA methylation, there is a rebound of methylation and the appearance of symptoms. Sometimes PSSD can precipitate a long time after drug withdrawal, and be precipitated by taking a methyl donor.

Yo if you are willing to give it a try remember to be carefull about vitamin a. I may update this topic during the next few weeks if i get some new ideas.
