Trouble putting on muscle again

Hi, I’ve been lifting hard, eating a lot of protein, drinking in moderation, sleeping well, and getting a lot of rest in between gym sessions. Still, I’m again having a hard time building muscle like I used to. Can anyone give me any advice? Would it be useful to see an endocrinologist or andrologist? Does tribulus really help with building muscle?
