Sleep Aid Suggestions
What sleep aids are best for us and come with the least risks of worsening or triggering PSSD? I'm doing fairly well with my PSSD right now, it's manageable, but my sleep is terrible, and I'm worried about taking something that affects me sexually.

0.25 mg cyproheptadine every 3 nights
Re: Sleep Aid Suggestions
Acute Zolpidem, but it may lead to crashes, and shouldn't be used long term.
The same apply to all sleep inducing drugs including the drugs mentioned above. Everything is a risk in PSSD

@sylv Not true for Baclofen! It can be used long-time without any risks. It's a safe drug since 40 years. No risk. I use it for over 7 years now because it helps against alcoholism.
It is also being used by tetraplegics because it helps against muscle cramps. You can google it, it's a very safe drug and helps 1a with sleeping.
