I started taking pramipexole and would like to share my treatment with the forum.
Purpose: Regain libido.

My pssd.

- Zero libido.

- Little sperm.

- Rare morning erections.

- Marked penile curvature after PSSD.

- Flaccid penis.

PSSD for 2 years and 3 months.

Currently taking pramipexole 0.375 mg per day.

Taking pramipexole for 4 weeks.

Side effects: Fatigue, Moodiness, insomnia, dizziness, strange mental sensations.

Most of the side effects are now gone. I'm just awake in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep.

I will increase the dose to 0.5mg.

Have you noticed any improvements?

Update, I have upped the dose to 0.75 mg.
Side effects Insomnia and tiredness. Morning erections some days of the week.
Libido 0%.
Normal mood.

ONE 1.5mg tablet equivalent to (1.05mg of pramipexole).

This is crap, it is not effective for pssd i think it is better to quit if there are such deteriorations
