A5510 Story - Amitriptyline 10mg One Pill

Hey guys,
A nurse practitioner in UK prescribed me 10mg amitriptyline for difficulty sleeping. I was already taking 10mg allopregnanolone oral drops for aid in recovering from PFS (I had better mood, calmness on it).
I took one pill early last Wednesday morning and within seconds I noticed my penis become more number and noticed brain getting number also. I have extreme anhedonia during the day that subsides in the evening. Other symptoms include NO libido. No erotic sensation from penis. However the anhedonia during the day is the worst.
Any thoughts? I did not expect this from 1 pill of amitriptyline. I'm assuming it interacted with the allop?
