Evodiamine bioavailability and best way to take

Evodiamine has really poor bioavailability when taken orally.
So do you think it would work if you put the powder under the tongue and took sublingually? As I know you can take some things this way. But I don't know if it would reach the brain and absorb properly with just the powder or if it needed to have something added to help it absorb.
And does anyone know how long it would take to upregulate SERT with it? A couple weeks, days?
