So in general I don't see any signs of healing process.
I have Ed and pleasureless evacuations, no morning woods since 3 years. My cognition is not that bad but I have total anhedonia. Alcohol,benzo does not work. Very good hormonal results..
I already asked what should be my next step but I am wondering maybe should I tried clomid? I have small improvement on proviron but just in term of mood.
Maybe hormonal way is good idea?

Ok, I forget to write,i was on 300 mg pregabaline and 50mg Seroquel for insomnia.
I reduced pregabaline to 75mg , maybe a little bit better libido...i dont know.
Maybe any chances of improvement when I quit all drugs?
