Consistent pattern of vitamin D supplementation worsening PSSD
This is a consistent pattern that I keep noticing, and it's a 100% chance of occurring. Whenever I take vitamin D supplementation, even through different brands, my PSSD becomes significantly worse pretty much within 24 hours, though it's temporary, it always reverses after I stop taking them. One theory is that vitamin D increases serotonin. What are other possible mechanisms behind this?

What do you mean by your PSSD gets worse?
Re: Consistent pattern of vitamin D supplementation worsening PSSD
I have the same. Never tried if it settles after 1-2 months of taking it, seems tricky to risk it.

Without vitamin D, there is at least 50% penile sensitivity, pleasure in orgasm, but after vitamin D, it's about 5%... almost complete numbing, it feels like I'm touching nothing...

For what it’s worth, I’ve had 2 Vit D injections of 100,000iu and been completely fine. No side effects or PSSD effects at all

Would be interesting to hear if injections vs pills made a difference for anyone

I have no issues at all.

Yes, all my vitamins and bloods are excellent as I eat a lot and a varied diet, but I do get borderline vit D deficiency during winter. I don't always take it, just on and off just to make sure it's not too low.
I take 2 capsules at a time, bottle says take one daily but I don't take it daily so I normally just take 2 at once. Not sure on the dose. I can check when I next take some.
