Numb skin and muscles - recovery possible?

Unread post by Sofa »

I cant Feel my muscles at all. They are completely numb. Like i cant Feel contraction or tightness or them beeing tired or pumped at all.

I literally Feel weightless Sometimes they are so numb.

Lifting weights i Feel nothing really. Its like i am lifting air. Cant Feel tired or anything in my muscles. They just Feel like air.

Nothing feels heavy.

Still i dont seem to have much power!

Also my whole skin is numb and less sensitive!

Can this get better?

I am taking B12 and getting more symptoms. Please stop assuming i am not treating it. Why do you think i get worse, it is because i continue to take B12.

Had no numbness what so ever before i took B12. Had no anhedonia either. Just emotional numbness.

Do can muscle numbness and skin/body numbness improve?

Do you have a recent test showing it is in range?, until those are not in range, you cannot rule out deficiency. Another example of similar "numbness" report:
