One of the common non-sexual symptoms of PSS (post-SRI syndrome),
and one which I personally have, is insomnia during the time that one should sleep.
In my experiments with anti-PSSD supplements,
one of the substances that I experimented with is quercetin.
It had some benefit against PSSD, but I noticed that it often made me fall asleep uncontrollably.
So, I started to deliberately use quercetin to sleep during my insomnia, and it works for that purpose.
The effective dose is 1-to-2 grams.
It is more effective than any over-the-counter sleep drug that I have used-
drugs which have little effect in my experience, at least for this particular type of insomnia.

quercetin for PSS's insomnia
SRIs are not "anti-depressants"; they are anti-sexualants.
Re: quercetin for PSS's insomnia
Did it also helped in other symptoms?
