You are diagnosing someone based on a couple posts…
Connecting pssd and cfs is theoretical with a lot of uncertainties

Sharing your experiences and pointing out this MAY apply to someone else makes a lot of sense.
Saying things work-wont work makes little sense without knowing the full picture, having medical knowledge etc. Besides, with pssd everyone seems to respond slightly different to medication somehow, which is why this forum tries to be careful with bold statements. Fact is we do not know with certainty.

These meds will make you worse over the years. Try something without medication.

Hello! The fatigue is currently almost completely gone with 2x Methylphenidat retard 18 mg per day + maximum dose Sertraline. It was such a horror. I could not run my business anymore because I slept so much. I am currently relieved, but there is also a risk of mental addiction because I suddenly have lots of energy and motivation and want to stay in this state. Or see if you can even tweak it further.

You are taking concerta on safe dose range, it will probably stick.
Stimulants usually wear off real quick mostly when abused. And that doesn't seem to be your case.

It's called "paradoxical decompensation" also due to addiction when abused.
