PSSD 110% cured (hope it lasts)

Alright, so I don't know if this was some sort of a miracle, but 10 months after my discontinuation of Lexapro, I decided to reinstate 2.5 mg Lexapro for 2-3 days, it made my PSSD worse, so I panicked the next day and took a Cymbalta pill 30mg instead and only once. Several hours later, I felt like something switched in my brain, noradrenaline seems to be increasing, and the penis was gradually getting sensitive, but oddly I could not orgasm (agorgasmia), it was as if I was edging constantly for hours when trying to masturbate, but unable to let it out. Cymbalta is an SNRI, the first time I took Cymbalta in 2019, I also could not orgasm, so I guess this is a normal side effect of Cymbalta for me, I didn't worry about it.

Next day, still unable to orgasm, but libido remained and so did penile sensitivity, I got desperate for an orgasm because of very high sexual urges and edging for hours unable to let it out, I decided to pop a Vyvanse pill hoping it could help release it. Watched a porn vid, and lied in my bed trying to get it to let out for hours, the constant flow of dopamine and noradrenaline from simply touching the penis was insane, its sensitivity seems extremely high at this point, eventually I squeezed every muscle of my body, and psychologically tried to induce a stimuli inside my head to urge an orgasm to come out, imagined myself in the video, or some sick fetish, and holy shit, I felt it erupting, and a bucket of it came out, wetting my entire bed, and the feeling was the best I've ever felt for the entire of my fapping career.

I hope this lasts. I wonder, how do you explain this? This was the first time ever, in those 10 months that I felt an orgasm so powerful, real and legit that it was better than pre-ssri.

*also currently week 4 on wellbutrin, had it along reinstatement.

No supplement used, except for fish oil at random times.

TLDR; Cymbalta(SNRI) + Wellbutrin (NDRI) + Vyvanse (Dextroamphetamine)

Yes, for real this time, I made previous post about wellbutrin improving 90%, amphetamine about 70%, this time it's 110%, the difference is huge.
Now the real problem is will it lasts?

I think the key is that you have to reset or resensitize the serotonin and dopamine receptors to permanently be cured. Dopamine agonists will work as a temporarily boost for your libido and sensation but you’ll go back to your baseline PSSD not so long after.

I’m not sure how else you explain why 5HT1A autoreceptor agonists like buspirone or gepirone help with libido and dopamine agonists like adderall or ropinirole bring back sensation other than that these receptors are disrupted and these drugs help bring them back to a normal or elevated state. I’m not saying these drugs are a cure but I think to truly become cured you have to fix SERT and these other serotonin receptors which I think nobody has truly figured out yet and that’s the problem. Honestly I’ve never read about anyone who’s tried a long term approach to increasing SERT and fixing 5HT receptors. It’s always just using one drug at a time for a couple of weeks and giving up. The only way I know how to increase SERT density is by having high testosterone levels for a long period of time and having decent estrogen levels to protect SERT.

The only way I’ve read of increasing SERT density is by increasing testosterone levels and maintaining them at high levels and having healthy estrogen levels protects from degeneration of SERT. This has been shown I believe by looking at brain scans of people transitioning to different genders and seeing a before and after from hormone replacement ie a female transitioning to a male had higher SERT density after taking testosterone. Getting older also degrades SERT levels I know.

5HT receptors are pretty tricky and there’s a lot of supplements and medications that act on them. Buspirone, St. John’s Wort, Cyproheptadine all act on these receptors but it’s tricky because some of them can crash you like SJW and buspirone I know is an antagonist for a dopamine receptor (which is why gepirone is better) and it also metabolizes into a chemical that screws with vascular function. Cyproheptadine gets people into pretty good windows a couple days after taking it in a rebound effect. I’m no expert on any of this stuff but that’s what I’ve picked up. I don’t have a good strategy for solving any of these problems other than get your test levels high and your other hormones in a healthy range and maybe get some gut microbiome tests done and try to clear that up to see if that’s helps with your symptoms.
