I wonder if genes regarding ammonia clearance and metabolism predispose us to pssd

Has anyone checked those? I talked to a guy with SIBO, he seemed to have some genes that indicate low ability to detox ammonia. I think this could be one predisposing factor

I think that might one of the reason. It might be related to metabolism
Fluoxetine 30 mg, caused pssd
Doctor further prescribed 1) amitriptyline 2) paroxetine 3) Lexapro 4) imipramine 5) nortriptyline 5)benzo in 3 years.
Found in reddit about PSSD, threw all drugs.
By 2025
7 years of pssd,4 years free off all drugs
