Keep it low dosing. Its normal first weeks you feel tired / sleepy and very and delayed ejaculation but will improve in weeks. Also it will improve after dose split or day off.

I have reinstated again, and the amount / volume of ejaculate is definitively MUCH more.

Before reinstating, I came very quickly, but with less and less pleasure.
I also didn't fall in love anymore and was stuck in an old romance.
Because of that, I started using Sertraline again since over 1 month now in varying dosages, and when I do not take it for 1 day and then sleep and wake up, I have an erection.
The day I started it, my hypersomnia was gone, and my libido went from 10% to absolute, I completely stopped masturbating and did not do it since 3 weeks while before reinstating, I masturbated each third day.
Despite returning erections, my libido was still 0.

Today I saw somebody in a GP office that looked nice, and I was fascinated but not aroused or so.
2 hours later, I tried 1/4 of Pramipaxol for the first time.
I didn't feel anything, perhaps a bit angry and a bit bad.

In the night, I woke up being erect and horny and watched porn and actually felt aroused. The orgasm was not good a bit better.
Then I felt asleep again and woke up 1 hour later having an amazing but scary nightmare. One that was so absurd and so scary and yet interesting that I thought I understand now why it's available as a psycho drug.
Super scary but still an altered mind.
And I dreamt of feeling nauseous.
I think I will keep using it for some days and see what it does.
Will report back.

I am having the most interesting dreams, 50% of them sexually motivated, and I'm having a strong erection when I wake up from them. I did not experience such strong erections on their own since 1.5 years, I think.
However, there is no need to masturbate that comes with it.
I am currently using 0.022 mg.
I can imagine that one gets addicted to it if this persists or if one dosages even higher and the feelings get stronger.

I am now also adding Tadalfil to see if raising the blood flow helps additionally.

The effect has worn off completely. Now I am only angry when I Pramipexole. I will quit it now.

I have tried Pramipexole again. I took 3x 0.088 mg at once.
It gave me an incredible libido, and I had an amazing orgasm.
But at the same time, I had severe erectile dysfunction, extremely little sperm and didn't ejaculate far at all.
ED is extreme after having reinstated. It happened during reinstating, not after quitting reinstating.

When exactly your ED worsened? After first dose or multiple doses of SSRI? Did you used it daily or take breaks?

ED worsened right after the first dose of the 2nd reinstatement.
Also hypersomnia got worse.

But I will not stop going on and off.
I want to provoke a change. I am past a point where I am afraid to mess anything up.

There is an article here ("Food for thought"):
https://rxisk.org/sex-no-sex-sex-no-sex/
In this article one guy hopped on and off SSRI, and after some hop off, PSSD disappeared for him.

I will cite the report:
-------------------------
Food for Thought
One person’s experience that he describes below is possibly not an example to follow but it is food for thought about withdrawal from psychotropic drugs in general and PSSD in particular. Many people think they cause their PSSD problems by withdrawing too quickly. Quick withdrawal almost certainly doesn’t cause PSSD.

I am a young man from Denmark, treated with the SSRI sertraline on and off for about 8 years for OCD (diagnosed) and anxiety/depression to some extent. I have been cycled on and off it about 5-6 times, typically in periods of 6-18 months.

After the third cycle several years ago, I had pronounced PSSD. There was reduced sexual function which never returned to normal after stopping the SSRI. Since the advent of PSSD I have been cycled on/off SSRI 3 times, the first two times gradually reducing dosage. The PSSD continued to affect all sexual function except for the ability to get an erection. I had very little desire, not much feeling in the genital area and had a very hard time achieving ejaculation.

About 1.5 month ago, I started having psychological problems and started taking Sertraline again. Started at 50mg, then went to 100mg a week later. It made me very tired and messed with my sleep. It felt “wrong”. My gut feeling was that this was a mistake. Of course it totally killed any sex ability. This was unusual because i had taken Sertraline many times before with no side effects other than the sexual ones.

So I stopped taking it from one day to another, having been on it for about 2-3 weeks. The sudden stop brought some “weird” bodily feelings and challenges to my balance. In general I felt a lot better overall and less depressed, so that may be part of why I’m better off sexually now, but I doubt it. I think it’s due to the sudden stop of the SSRI. This did something which set my sexual system “right”.

Desire, feeling and ability to have an orgasm have all returned. I am now actually challenged a bit with fast ejaculation, but I can handle that and it’s a huge relief to me.

I cant quite think of what else to write, it’s really just that simple I stopped it suddenly after having been on them for a period of some weeks at a somewhat high dosage.

Editorial Note: One of the strange things about PSSD is that many people get temporary relief from stopping all sorts of drugs which they will stop abruptly because these are mostly not psychotropic drugs. The reporter here though is off treatment for a month and still well, which is much longer than usual.
