Re: PSSD: the microbiome-brain-genital connection
After using an SSRI for 30 days my stools have changed permanently. I have to wipe like 10 times even when it's a "hard" stool. So yes, it definitely does things to your bowels too. My friend had severe constipation and diverticulosis and after a year of SSRIs his stools are softer, forever. It helped him, but not me, because I already had IBS problems and loose stools.
Also I found a probiotic which kinda helps with erections for a couple of hours after taking it. Nothing spectacular but noticeable. There's more serotonine in the gut than in the brain.

Depression and anxiety has effects in gut. In my case SSRI help a lot about that issues.
Re: PSSD: the microbiome-brain-genital connection
@Meso - ok so probiotics should fix this? Why they did not?
Re: PSSD: the microbiome-brain-genital connection
Fixing a gut will require much more than just probiotics. In fact, probiotics could make it worse.
Re: PSSD: the microbiome-brain-genital connection
How is that?
Re: PSSD: the microbiome-brain-genital connection
That's why BPC-157 could be a phenomenal tool.

Does even matter? Like who gives a damn. Thousand of things can harm my health everyday and least I care is about my shit.
Have you ever considered you might have a prion disease or something different? Meant even malnutrition? B1b3b6b12 deficiency causes apathy and sort of blunted emotions symptoms.
Syphilis is known to cause dementia.
Wilson disease? To much copper fucking you brain up?
Huntington's?
Lead in your water?
phenylketonuria?
Arsenic in my rice?
Why ssri killing bacteria in my poop matter?

I have written an entire article with references on why this is important to address. It is not our fault that you chose to remain ignorant. Ignorance can be a bliss. Enjoy your microbiome dysbiosis!AUserIUsedToKnow wrote: ↑Wed Sep 15, 2021 1:09 am Does even matter? Like who gives a damn. Since I crashed badly from inositol, my gut has been a total mess. Terrible constipation now in addition to worsening of other symptoms.
I'm currently doing keto diet, having slowly transitioned into it from low carb diet. I'm also only eating between 1 pm and 8pm. I think this improves the effects of supplements that help me such as panax ginseng.
I'm taking 500mg twice per day. I take the first dose with my lunch and then often have a pronounced increase in libido in the afternoon for a couple of hours. When I take the second dose with my dinner, I don't experience the same effect. This makes me think that the prior fasting is having an impact. There could be other factors like different diet in the evening meal or varying cortisol levels throughout the day, I suppose, but I think
gut is linked.
That's why I found this interesting:
