Yes I've tried several forms of folic acid (folic, methylfolate, folinic). I had mild PE before pssd and extreme PE 1 year into pssd, then rather DE but not extreme. Took folates regularly only before pssd. So I don't know. But studies show it in lifelong PE.

From my experience rhodiola rosea extract has notable positive effect for energy and confidence levels, that's an important thing I think.
