I think about suicide a lot. And I mean a lot. But I don´t see me doing it, not for now at least, I´m a pretty pessimistic guy but I think I will hang on a little more, maybe things will get better, dunno. Last year I suffered a lot, lost my dad because a 3 day illness, so to get a license for my job I went to the psych and he gave me Prozac (again, I took Prozac in 2011-12, can´t remember), anyways, my life went downhill, you know better... since 2008 I was considering suicide, but never so much as recently, I know life isn´t easy for anyone, but it must be THAT hard? the only reason I dont off myself it´s for my mom and my dogs (I have a puppy, 3 months old, which I yesterday found out that is ill), I mean, I can´t even get more devastated or surprised...

Bottom line, I get some hope from this forum, people who lives with the same condition as me, I would really want to meet people with the same condition and help us each other.

No. Living in Rio is too good to think about that.

Hi Silverstar I am thiry something real estate broker with PSSD for over two years. I would be interested in talking more and hearing about your experiences but I don't think I can send personal messages on this site, so I don't know that I can send you my email address?

Yup sometimes. That's a nice idea Chessboxin, but what could we really do for each other?

Conditioned worsened and peaked in April, since then possibly seen a 20% improvement

I'm open for skyping or email. I think just talking with other real people about this....to share ideas and our concerns is going to be very helpful. Therapists where I live will not help me - or even listen. No more being alone and ashamed, we should connect. (Even though it's a freaking nightmare) we must persevere.

I think peer support is best at this point :)

Maybe a chatroom where we get to know a smaller number of contributors' conditions a bit better?
