Youre welcome. Please let me know how mirtazipine works out, I am considering switching to that myself.
I tried it only a couple of days, 7.5mg and 15mg. Couldnt stand the side effects. Also I read a reply of meso on a topic by radar I believe, in which he states mirtazapine wasn't the way to go. I have almost the same medication background as him. Close to zero libido the days on mirtazapine, probably cause of its antihistamine effects, which are worse during initiation.

Currently:
- damiana, tribulus, maca, l-citrulline, folic acid, muira, vit D3 B12
- CBD oil
- Wellbutrin 300mg

Also exercising and no porn.
I have mixed positive results. As I stated in my original post I think SSRI use has affected me, but its a combination with depression/anxiety. Im having my bloodwork done and taking a DNA test to check CYP2D6. Ill probably downgrade the wellbutrin because Im slowly goin mad without proper sleep, and maybe try reinstating ssri, also to get my life back on track.
Can you elaborate on that DNA test and what you suspect? What is cyp2d6? I recently restarted wellbutrin, but I think it made things worse for me in terms of sensation. Wellbutrin never helped me while I was on Effexor and it doesn't seem to help me now either. I think I will just discontinue it and be done with it.
I took Wellbutrin while taking Sertraline, it did not help in reducing sexual sides either.
It is mainly for depression and it may take more than a month to help in this aspect.
Wellbutrin (2007 - 2018)
Wellbutrin + Sertraline (2015)
Wellbutrin + Ritalin (2016 - 2018)
Wellbutrin + Ritalin + Sertraline (3 months in 2018)
Buspirone (Feb 2019 - Today)
Ritalin + Buspirone (Nov 2019 - today)

They check what kind of- and in what concentration enzymes are present in your DNA. This gives a good indication which medication is going to work also the dose. So u don't have to trial and error. Wellbutrin gave me a weeklong high when I started, that's a good indication it works, maybe its not for you, there are other options out there.

Update - I have done some bloodwork tests:

Alanine Aminotransferase (ALAT; SGPT) 29
Bilirubin total 8
CKD-EPI, eGFR 123
Creatinine 67
Follicle Stimulating hormone 2.2
Gamma-glutamyl transferase (gammaGT) 14
Testosterone 17.4
Thyroid stimulant hormone (TSH) 1.03

Is there anybody out here who could give me some insight? That would be insanely helpful, thanks in advance.

Tests aren’t worth much when you have pssd.

I got pssd from lexapro as well.

Try buspirone and Prozac. It’s been working for me. I’m feeling amazing all the time now.

I tried busprione and got awful heart rhythm irregularity, never again. I'm on Bupropion now and I really like it, but I'm indeed considering adding a SSRI. Why are you on Prozac and not f.e. like cymbalta which has less chance for sexual side effects?

I envy you guys that have guts to touch SSRI again.

When I took Sertraline, my pdoc added Buproprion (Wellbutrin XL 150 mg) as add on to help with SD since the beginning. Well, it did not do much helping it, maybe because I went to the maximum OCD dosage of sertraline (150 mg/day).

But maybe, It would have been worse If I had taken Sertraline alone.

I think it is tricky to find a combination of meds, dose, and enough time to kick in. Anyone who is already experiencing improvements should keep the regimen, the risk of messing it is enormous.

Update

I lowered my Wellbutrin dosage from 300 mg XL to 150 mg XL four weeks ago. Still suffering a bit from the effects of sleep deprivation (memory loss), but insomnia isn't here anymore. Three days ago I re-instated on a SSRI: Zoloft/Sertraline 50 mg. It is far to early to say anything about the long term benefits obviously. However the last two days I noticed my erections are more present and frequenter. You would expect the opposite ofc. Also it is not the psychological effect of decreased anxiety, cause anxiety is now more then before zoloft, which is normal the first few weeks I believe. To be clear, I am not promoting SSRI's at all or making early conclusions, this is just me sharing my personal experience.

hello mate, if you are reading this by any chance, how are you after all this time? Did Zoloft help you for a longer period?

I think of trying it as a new SSRI, as the escitalopram caused me constipation and lack of orgasm / libido. But I'm kinda scared of it messing with sleep, erection, and fucking what I still have here functioning. if you could reply, it would be great.
