How to stop using Maronil?

I took Maronil for a year and a half and caused severe sexual dysfunction.
Losing 10% every Two weeks is that okay?
To avoid PSSD, is it better to get off as quickly or as gradually as possible?

Are you talking about Marinol (Dronabinol)?
