https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/7745131/ - this is interesting. This ,,mystery bad serotonin receptor" strongly inhibits Mu / dopamine opioid receptors. I don't know what it is, but it reacts disastrously to anything that raises serotonin. It causes my symptoms tremendously vasoconstriction, water retention, feeling cold, "histamine" reactions. It is for sure that I am having kappa opioid overactivation problem. Amisulpride and mianserin are very upregulate to me these receptors. I can see that they are opposite to the D1 receptors. Gleditsia blocks D1 receptors, it looks very promising. May prevent naloxone up-regulating the opioid kappa receptors.
Pentazocine is anotheer interesting- sigma1 agonist+kappa agonist. Maybe better than salvinorin ( kappa agonist+CB1 agonist/FAAH inhibitor+D2 agonist).

Based on your data on mianserin and amisulpride same reaction via a serotonin receptor and vasoconstriction I would look at ht2b. If you have migraines for example, then feverfew is known to alleviate them. ht2b/ht2c inhibit dopamine and appetite.

5ht2b is poorly understood, and I don't really know what functions it has. I wonder if 5ht2b upregulate in response to antagonism. ( 2a and c downregulate).

I' m looking at the down-regulation of kappa receptors (or NR2b NMDA subunit) and up-regulation of SERT.
I would love to get evodiamine but I can't get it anywhere. I already know that I need upward adjustment SERT and 5ht1a (both sides).

Maybe look at a form of apigenin? I found studies on kappa receptors antagonism, nmda, blocks pkc beta. And it is a cd38 negative regulator. Anti-migraine if chamomile.
On the other hand I don't like that it downregulates polyamines. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28572828/
Many herbal things actually can do this. Or it's only cell studies. Who knows.
Also rimonabant and this https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/16624281/

I have already ordered Rimonabant because there is nothing else to block CB1. A acute weed reduces most of my symptoms. However, I'm concerned about research into rimonabant and the kappa opioid. There are studies that say it inhibits kappa activity, but I don't know whether it will regulate or down-regulate it.
I also have a serious problem with mu opioid receptors, naloxone acts like water on me. As if my MOR was 100% silenced. I don't get that "sexy tianeptine feeling" after reflecting naloxone. And I feel even worse more ,, demonic anxiety, demonic black bird eraserhead movie ".
I'm also thinking how to restore the sensitivity of 5ht1a (both) or at least oxytocin. Oxytocin almost complete reduces the symptoms of carbamazepine paws. Parusiban / epelsiban are beyond my reach.

I found an interesting study on chlorprothixene.

Increases the activity of 5ht2a, alpha-1-adrenergic and probably mu opioid. I often go back to 2009/2010. Because in February 2010 my symptoms of CBZ PAWS / CBZ tolerance / post risperidone were healed. I remember that in the fall of 2009 I developed a tolerance to CBZ antidissociative action and at the end of January 2010 I got chlorprothixen and then clomipramine. I remember in February 2010 when I suddenly stopped chlorprothixene, I got a permanent rebound effect and was cured, my old personality was restored. I don't know if it's chlorprothixene or clomipramine. I react weird to high dose alpha 1 adrenergic agonist. It brings back some of my normal oxytocin like emotions, and creativity and of course reduces my CBZ PAWS symptoms and suppresses seizures and obsessions. But sometimes I seem to cheer up ,,PTSD, over-nostalgia, time passing thanatophobia" like symptoms. Strange feeling. AMPA PAM have similar effect.

I think I can work on PSSD again now. Crossing your fingers that he won't catch covid anymore. I am fully vaccinated and today I received the results that I got immunity.
Fortunately, my PSSD seems to be reversible!
And it may be due to changes in receptors. I believe he suffers from PSSD and DAWS at the same time.
Carbamazepine withdrawal syndrome may have the same cause as DAWS. I have recently experimented with neuroleptic and concluded that I suffer from severe DAWS.

I had pssd and I thought the problem was due to dopamine receptors, so I took risperidone because of this and I was devastated. Big crash.. completly feel diffrent pure anhedonia nightmares no hunger zero libido ibs etc. I can feel this is diffent from pssd.. then I started researching and saw that there are olanzapine and risperidone users like me who experience this situation. The common feature of these two drugs is that they are inverse agonists to the 5ht2a receptor and they destroy 5ht2a density by half, as it is said in this research https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/a ... 0806001882 now I have two different illnes 5ht2a density downregulation and pssd. pssd looks like an angel next to the first one if you ask me, like you said it’s terror.. i was so hopeless and sad until i read your story because you got rid of risperidone-induced symptomps with chlorprothixene. Can you check your dms

Why are you ignoring me dude? I need to know your experience with chlorprothixene. what was your chlorprothixene dosage?? Do you remember exactly how many days you used it? After how many days did you see the rebound effect and healed? Why didn't you use the medicine again when the symptoms appeared again? Did you notice any side effects from chlorprothixene?

Have you tried Hops, Schizandra, or edibles?
