Trazodone can give a prolonged erection in rare cases, that is something that would be unlikely to happen with an SSRI, and it is a common second option that doctors select after SSRIs.
You may be still desperate, better go back to the doctor who prescribed trazodone, or even call him, and describe your symptoms.
Say that sexual side effects are unbearable and you wanna get better.
To be honest with you, forums are good to share experiences but they are the worst place for medical advice.
There are lots of recoveries around.

This doctor was not much tolerant listening to you telling your experiences of worsening after one pill of sjw/trazo/ etc...
But, let's be honest, "trying one pill" is not trying anything to for enough time to draw consistent conclusions.
If you freak after anything you take, it's better looking for psychotherapy support, also friends, and family.
People who are unusually sensitive to medication side effects are well known in medicine.
They call it somatic symptom disorder, and psychotherapy is usually an option since any pill taken can trigger worries and fears, that's why medication is not likely to be prescribed.
Also, looking for a rather compassionate doctor is a good option.

But it didn’t help, so they decided to wait. The first two recovered gradually. The third one who was the worst case recovered over night. He just woke up and the libido was switched on again. I know you may argument that they probably didn’t even have „real“ PSSD. I don’t know how they reacted to drugs and alcohol or else, but I know that their symptoms have resolved completely. I hope this story maybe can let someone see a little light. Stay strong guys!
Did they have genital anesthesia? How did you manage to find and know so many PSSD sufferers just because they were your therapist's patients?

I didn’t search for it. These three stories were told to me by my therapist. So I heard about them by coincidence. I can do nothing else but trust him. I guess they had genital anesthesia as my therapist told me they all had the same symptoms like me.

Can you make your therapist to ask them 3 to get in contact with you?

I will ask him, I see him in two weeks. Good idea, I thought about that when he told me the stories, but never asked. If contact is possible, I will ask them in detail what they did, which symptoms etc.

Yes, unfortunately he doesn’t have the contacts any more.
