Re: Any recommendations on Testosterone Boosters?
Hello everyone,
I'm really appreciative to Sunny and Moloch for reviving this forum. I haven't been active in a while but I've been since experimenting with different things and wanted to re-register before I realized that that the forum had been removed. Thanks for again for keeping this afloat and migrating the threads from the previous URL.
Anyways, as part of an experiment I'm trying, I wanted to see what effect a testosterone booster might have. I realize this is not a final solution but I'm trying something.
I remember Sunny had mentioned one he had used but I can't remember. Does anyone have a particular brand they buy?

what do u mean by "super niche"?catalunya wrote:i'm not using one. it was just a suggestion.
playing with testosterone isn't to be taken lightly, though, because a whole lot can go wrong with regard to the endocrine system.

Re: Any recommendations on Testosterone Boosters?
In terms of supplemental options I like examine.com to review some options.
D-Aspartic Acid can cause an elevation in testosterone
http://examine.com/supplements/D-Aspartic+Acid/
Vitamin D for those low in it
http://examine.com/supplements/Vitamin+D/
Mucuna Pruriens/L-Dopa, there are larger risks with this one
http://examine.com/supplements/L-DOPA/
They have a full list here, some may be more applicable than others.

Re: Any recommendations on Testosterone Boosters?
You can get at any supplement shop or you can buy the bulk powder depending on the dosage you take. If you want to go that route I would browse through the longecity forums and see what other users are describing there. I'm currently trialing it myself right now using the now brand and will post up if I have any positive results. My trial is with the Now Brand 15% L-Dopa due to some risks I've read over taking a 98% L-Dopa extract, but to each their own on this one.

Hi everyone,
I was referring more to Bodybuilding type supplements like Tribulus.
Has anyone tried anything like that?

Testosterone
Hi. I'm new here. I took citalopram since 2007 to 2011, only 10mg, but i have pssd until today.
I know that this must have been discussed a lot in this forum and that it seems to be that the main problem could be downrgulated dopamine (that can cause high prolactine and low testosterone), but i want to know if it's low testosterone a common syntome of most people here? Someone with normal/high testosterone and with pssd?
