Have a read of the Area 1255 blog. He has several posts relating to histamine and its effects on the body/brain. Interesting stuff.

Lots of Risperidone side effects are thought to be caused by H1 and H2 inverse-agonism, which would cause additional upregulation (wikipedia). Apparently agonism always does that for Histamine receptors. (Mentioned here https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17409634 )

Therefore: Try H3 autoreceptor upregulation/agonism, or H1 and 2 antagonism (diverse common antihistamines, especially those which cross the blood-brain-barrier).

For some, it would probably have the opposite effect. Look what your stuff does to histamine, increase or decrease. And you can test if the H3 antatonist Kutaja/Kutaj (with conessine) makes you feel better or worse. It makes me feel slightly "hyper", but worse (like a stuffed nose feels probably hyper but worse), so I'll stick with what I first mentioned.

Antihistamines probably make sleepy anyway but other than that maybe better... If one doesn't want the sleepiness, one can look at "mast cell stabilizer" herbs...

Just adding that I tried loratadine + sildenafil and it increased the effectiveness of sildenafil.
I would usually use 50 mg sildenafil but used only 25 mg with 10 mg loratadine and got the same or even better effect, so I will try it with 50 mg next time and see what that does.

as mentioned above, it has been prescribed as an adjunct with SSRIs to counteract the sexual side effects. Plus, someone (Mr Staircase, I think) reported that when taken in conjunction with SJW, quite a few symptoms went into remission, whereas SJW wasn't helpful by itself. I found this interesting given that another person on reddit reported being helped by SSRI reinstatement + buspirone.
