I don't even know, and if I have to think really hard about if I've seen any progress I'd have to say there hasn't been any.

Like most people say, it seems to "wax and wain" and when you seem to be getting better it goes back down to nothing.

R-andro is the only think to really provide me benefits while on cycle, but the benefits more or less went away. I guess I had pretty good functioning for a day with yohimbine + high dose inositol.

For me following improvements have happened -
1. Pre cum function has returned to pre SSRI state
2. Visual content can get me slightly aroused and at least some blood begins to flow to the penis , so i get a semi erection on watching porn
3. Anhedonia has improved , Im about 20 -30 % better on that

What remains -
1. Low libido
2. Cant maintain erections without physical contact
3. Ejaculatory anhedonia / anorgasmia (which I developed almost 6 months in to withdrawal)
4. extremely scared of getting physical with women now, since I cant handle the embarrassment if it gets down to having sex
5. Viagara has no effect whatsoever on my erections. Tried very high doses twice
6. Low sensitivity on the glans, shaft and testicles

My morning/nocturnal erections became more frequent
I was rock hard while sleeping, now It's about 50% of pre ssri erection quality
Is there anyone like me?
I get morning erections but quality is not good as it used to be
2016 march~april
Strattera+Vortioxetine for 3weeks
2016 may~june
Escitalopram for 2weeks (PSSD)

Yeah this is like me. The erections happen in the morning but not great either.

Minor increase in libido
Erections better
Can listen music
(I had few good windows-short term)
But it still far from min required for normal sex life.

Some improvements come in windows, libido is something that's very patchy, varies from a 0 to a 3, erections vary from 3 - 8, orgasm 3 - 8.

But others have stuck, sensitivity has definitely improved. I can finally wear condoms without feeling nothing, watched rush and could definitely relate to this scene a few months ago: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ozBYUIHGweU but now things are better. I can also fantasise more frequently which I could never do even 4 months ago
PSSD Since March 2016 after 4 weeks on Sertraline
Conditioned worsened and peaked in April, since then possibly seen a 20% improvement
Would be useful for data collection if people could add their histories in their signature

I thought that I might be getting better, but I think I just had a few slightly better days. I haven't had a proper morning erection in almost ten years. I have been consistently off for about a year and 4 months and I can honestly say that I don't think I'm going to bet better without a real treatment. Who know though. Some people get better out of nowhere.

I said that I made slight progress. I’ve had PSSD four years now and in the past several months I’d say my sex drive has returned 100% (I was virtually asexual the first year or two). Unfortunately, I still have trouble getting physically aroused and i still lack genital sensitivity, which makes foreplay, intimacy and sex very difficult. These symptoms have never improved at all—I’ve never even had temporary “windows.”
