Hi guys, weird timing with you just posting this but kind of a big update for me

I've just hit the 5 week mark of taking bacopa, which is meant to be when you start to see results.

Got the first time in literally over 5 years, my sh1t has been like normal for the last 4 days. I can't think of any other reason for this - no diet or lifestyle changes apart from the bacopa. I'm holding out hope that this is an indication of serotonin or receptor change. Will keep you posted

That's great! How about your other changes? Do you feel in any way different or better?
Cipralex (escitalopram) from september 2012 to september 2013. Forgot exact dosage. PSSD improving since taking 20g MSM powder per day, no porn and regular heavy lifting fitness routine. Stay strong!

Boost your healthy bacteria by taking probiotics. These come in powders, capsules and drinks (but the last cost more and can be sugary). There are two strains you need – A for acidophilus and B for bifido bacteria.
Glutamine is your gut’s best friend. It’s an amino acid that heals your digestive tract. Often prescribed after gastrointenstinal surgery, it speeds up repair after an infection, antibiotics or excess alcohol.

Yes. Its one of my worst symptoms. My penis have become like 30% thinner as it was before. And the glans is like 50% smaller in flaccid state or when its erect. But thats normal if you experience soft glans. My glans cant be filled with blood. I had windows with good erections but glans is soft everytime.
The length of penis has not changed.

What are you talking about? What do you mean "changed"? That has nothing to do with PSSD unless you are talking about it being softer than it used to.
