Hot flashes all over. Even paracetamol don’t do shit. Anyone knows what this could be. Really hard to cope with .
Hey man i hope you're feeling a bit better now. I'm not sure what to suggest i just know stress makes things worse and is a big problem for me, so hang in there and try to avoid stress. Take care

hs1312 wrote:Just got my new test results from dr. Schwotzer. Prolactin 241 decreased to half after treatment with cabergoline. Test 14.5 little increase maybe coz of decreased prolactin or the gym exercise im doing. Lh 6.2 . Fah 2.4. Another test planned in 3 months. Testestone has increased a bit prolactin decreased but my pssd is worse. Schwitzer says i maybe should try welbutrin from waldinger

hs1312 wrote:Update;
I had a hormone panel tests done by Dr. Schwitzer in Delft Netherlands. I got the following results
Total T 12.5 Range (9-32) . I had 18 one year ago
Free T 0.84 Range 0.2-1
Estrogen Low but in range
Prolactine 451 ( maximum in range is 324)

Low Iron in blood

I also had a GNRH test done. My LH and FSH responds to GNRH.
My LH = 7
FSH 3.2

Doctor says that my prolactin is high and he wants me to take cabergoline, but he wants to do brain MRI first to rule out pituatary tumour.

In general . I have been lifting weights now for 4 months without any improvment in PSSD. i am begining to get more headaches now and dizziness.
I am having less windows now maybe its because of the alchohol i drank a month and a half ago

Got prescription of rasagiline and wellbutrin today. gonna start with wellbutrin first.

Got my blood results:
July2019 results

Test 13.3
free T .82
LH - 9.1 a bit high
prolcatin = 143
FSH 3.2
estradiol 0.12 ( this increased from .3 in 12 months)

I will get my minerals checked also soon

Got my vitamins checked too. All in range.

Just had a meeting with a neurologist today. Showed him PSSD literature and told him about the body numbness.

He did a physical exam for balance and movement etc. and ruled out any neurological problem. I asked him about the small fibre neuropathy (which healy says PSSD cause is). He ruled that out also.
He suggested that maybe I have hyperventillation syndrome ( too much oxygen in blood) and referred me to a cesar specialist. I will get that thing check too but I do not think its the problem here.

last 5-6 months update. I tried bethanechol for a week or so .. ( did nothing. Maybe increased numbness)
Tried accupunture 2weeks ago ( increased energy initially but i feel later in worsened pssd)

These days i am trying tribulus off an on. It gives brief windows

I also got wellbutrin and rasagiline which i will try soon

Took Wellbutrin for 1 months. No change in Pssd.wellbutrin had given me massive sex drive when I used it pre Pssd for 2 weeks.
Overall sometime I feel more numb in skin. Don’t think much has improved since my last update . 2.8 years for me now.
Next thing i wanna try is mushrooms.

Just got some general blood tests done. Lowish in range white blood cells. Lowish in range platelets. Low borderline neutrophils. Low vitamin D ( my vitamin D gets low every now and then) going to supplement with D . Low neutrophil shows the lack of immunity and frequent flu I get

My burning skin has been a severe problem recently btw. I will get the hormonal panel again in coming months

What kind of burning is it? Is it only in legs? Are legs swollen/red? Veins changes?

Maybe this burning can be relieved by cold? I also read that leuprolide acetate (GnRH agonist) has some of the sides I described. In fatigue blood transport quality plays a major role. Also heat sensing depends on TRPV1 receptors (cayenne pepper feeling). In lungs this receptor causes cough which is why menthol is present in cigarettes.

Thanks for the tip. I will try cold therapy for the burning legs. maybe it could relieve the symptoms.
Btw my burning sensation directly correlates with the amount of genital anesthesia i am experiencing
