There has been a lot of talk about about glucocorticoid receptors, and Schisandra (like some other herbs) has also a balancing effect on those:

Either trough that, or what I posted earlier, or some other reason, but I could recently confirm its effectiveness again. 9% Schisandrin concentrate this time, not just powder, and it definitely cause some penile skin to be (sexually) sensitive that almost never is sensitive. The first one or two days one will probably notice nothing at all, this was also so the last few times, all the more so with powder, which usually showed its effect only during the end period. And some powder doesn't work at all.

However after a few days of improvement, I took 5 capsules twice during the day, instead of usually just 5 capsules once, and since I feel I have crashed a bit. Maybe it was too much. Since then I've also run out of Gotu Kola, which I think is an important ingredient as well, which however does also seem hard to balance.
