We need more estrogen conversion then testosterone,see the PFS neurosteroids brain levels they have TOO MUCH testos

Hello All,

I would like to ask the people who had a low testosterone level, how did you increase it? TRT? and after increasing it, does is decrease again? like do we have to stay on TRT for life in order to have a normal T level?
