I’m also just trying to figure out if my symptoms are PSSD or just normal ED.

1.Can’t get an erection without physical stimulation (making out with girlfriend)
2.My penis shrunk but if there is no blood flow that will happen
3.I can still get horny and sensations in my genitals and get off with or without porn with some patience. Been able to think out a sexual fantasy in my head and get off to it.
4. I have very minor and I mean very little genital numbness. Some reason I feel it around my ass connecting to my lower balls but it comes and goes.
5. I have a little bit of brain fog but I am also weaning myself off Wellbutrin slowly and coming down with a cold so can’t relate that to plain PSSD.
6. I notice I have more Bowel movements ( not diarrhea)but my anxiety has been higher lately and I know wen I go through that I have a lot of “stress poop”
7. No other crazy symptoms you guys talk off. I sleep fine now but realize I dream almost every night now which could be due to anxiety

I still have a horny mind. Think about sex a lot. It’s weird because in my genitals I feel horny and thrust forward but no erection in result. My orgasms are not what that used to be. Dribbles our but the sensations before hand still feel good

Others will scream you do have PSSD. Sometimes it feels like people use it as a badge of honor. I honestly believe you do not from everything your reporting. The "symptoms" are just not lining up. Keep looking into alternate causes for the ED.

I liked "been_too_long"s opinion.

The prognose is simple:
around 70-80% don't recover. 10-15% recover partially and 1-5% recover fully.

I met three people in my hometown who recovered completely. I believe People recover much more often.

No, most stay damaged if you would read the stories.
All these "cured" cases with St. Johns, Inosit etc. are people that would have healed in time anyway.
Furthermore, nobody knows what damage they really had. Severe physical symptoms lke pelvic/prostate pain, no reaction to meds or drugs like benzos/alcohol?
Such people with real PSSD/PFS are the long-term cases.
