I can't find anything about this. Your link has nothing to do with PSSD. So at the moment I would say that this is not true.

Before declaring something as not true , you should probably at least "google". The link I sent has a clear write up on the right hand side that says his research interests include PSSD. Heres another link along with all his research papers. The page says

"His main research interests are psychiatry and sexuality, psychotropic-related sexual dysfunctions, psychopharmacology, depression, and schizophrenia, and he has participated in more than 65 phase I, II and phase III clinical trials related to psychopharmacology. "

Theres a list of researches (mentioned on the page itself) that he's been involved in including

1) Treatment-emergent sexual dysfunction with SSRIs and duloxetine: Effectiveness and functional outcomes over a 6-month observational period

2)Better sexual acceptability of agomelatine (25 and 50 mg) compared with paroxetine (20 mg) in healthy male volunteers. An 8-week, placebo-controlled study using the PRSEXDQ-SALSEX scale, Journal of Psychopharmacology, vol. 24, no. 1, pp. 111–

3)Sexual side-effects of antidepressant and antipsychotic drugs, Current Opinion in Psychiatry, vol. 28, no. 6, pp. 418–423, 2015.

The link below has the links to these researches of his
