I'm not certain for what the rating for these medications is. I give Tramadol a 6/10 as it does help with muscle pain caused by overexersion from sexual activities that lasted longer than usual due to an inability to acheive satisfaction.

I think these ratings is only for PSSD specific symptoms. If it only helps with that you should give it a zero.
