I have been on Zyprexa (for sleeping and bipolar) on and off for the last 6 months. Every time I try to get off I become totally dysfunctional in life. I can't sleep. I have to call out of work, and I go on an agitated Mania. It's bad. However, slowly my existing PSSD has gotten worse on Zyprexa. Interestingly when I re-start the Zyprexa, for the first 5-6 days or so my sexual functioning is great. Then it shuts off.
Symptoms
1. Bad ED
2. Anorgamsia/Delay Ejaculation
3. Low libido
However, the orgasm is still intact and feels really good.
At this point, the anorgasmia is the most disturbing symptom. I would be totally happy with having ED, if I could get off as easy as I used it. Going off ALL medications is simply not an option for me, and I NEED a medication that helps me sleep 8-9 hours at night as I have a form of narcolepsy called Idiopathic Hypersomnia. It involved severe daytime sleepiness caused by fragmented/low-quality sleep.
Would Seroquel possibly be a better option? Any additional thoughts in the med world that doesn't involve going med-free (Not an option, I have tried 6-7 times this year)

God Bless you.
you can try "cow ghee" only cow ghee not buffalo ghee. Take half spoon of chow ghee on empty stomach right after you wake up in the morning.
It will fix your sleep within 4-7 days if you dont get inflammatory response.
