Raw garlic improves, oregano have read about improvements.

How are you doing now?
Fluoxetine 30 mg, caused pssd
Doctor further prescribed 1) amitriptyline 2) paroxetine 3) Lexapro 4) imipramine 5) nortriptyline 5)benzo in 3 years.
Found in reddit about PSSD, threw all drugs.
By 2025
7 years of pssd,4 years free off all drugs

I got back on my antidepressant about a month ago and I lost a lot of the feeling I recovered but I continued the supplements and it came back maybe a week or two later stronger than it was before. Id say I'm like a 7/10 now if not more.
I forgot to mention before that I only have sensation in specific areas not all over. If I had full sensation I would probably be a 10/10
