SSRI's 30 years (!!!?) and PSSD worsening for 10

Let's just say I have paid for a checkered past in my youth with having to be on SSRI's since 30-ish years ago. As I have gotten older (weird how that happens) things have gone south "down south" until now I feel like I need intervention of some kind, I don't know what.

I had another medical problem for 2 years and it remained unsolved until I found a good support forum, now I'm cured, so I'm a strong believer in peer-to-peer crowdsourced healthcare now.

Being a newbie I don't know how much of what else to say for now. Ask me anything. And I look forward to seeing what everyone has to say. If anyone can benefit from my experience I'm more than happy to share (within reason.)
