Anejaculation went away completely after I started taking alcohol as a medication. One teaspoon every 3 days (40 per cent liquor). This means it's effective for that duration of time. If I knew it at 18, I wouldn't have to spend the next 13 years in total misery (I'm 31 now).

I don't know, it's alcohol. I've always had this problem (since 11), it was not SSRI-related, although I did take sertraline and various other antidepressants down the line.
