Update.

my doctor prescribed me bethanechol 10mg mainly for digestion and intestinal transit. I started with 5mg and tried different doses but I don't see a big difference. I will ask for a higher dosage. I think I asked for 50mg because I have already taken 3×10mg without much success and especially since the box of tablets is almost empty since there are only 50 tablets. I have no side effects. No diarrhea, no intestinal cramps, no acceleration of my digestion, no sweating. I have already combined it with tadalafil 5mg and my erections are the same as well as the sensations. I haven't been taking it for a long time, about ten days, but it's not supposed to work over time. The effect should appear from the first take. I think it would work much better with a direct chollinergic, I mean a drug that directly stimulates the production of acetylcholine because I experienced it and it was nothing comparable to this one which is quite disappointing . I also take tribulus and butea but nothing either.
