100% Numbness

So I've been having sexual numbness for 8 years.
I got PSSD one day from edging.

Last year I went from 20% sensitivity to 0 .

I'm now almost unable to have intercourse.
Saddle syndrome
I feel my penis burning.

Done many exams, everything looks perfect.
Doctor told me "just go for long walks and don't think about it".

Ginseng and Tribulus actually worsen my sensitivity.

Yes one day after edging I lost sensitivity forever, and got ruined orgasms. I guess it's the pleasure pathway in the brain ?

If your penis is "burning" that actually sounds like a straightforward peripheral neuropathy. A doctor should understand this. Maybe it would be good to keep taking NAC for the anti-inflammatory effect, as well as rounded multivitamins. Just for starters. Maybe a bit of Omega 3.

I've been taking them for a month. Slight improvement in anhedonia on the rest of my body, but not yet breasts or genitals. Cheer up

Nice . I've been improving with Choline, but the penis doesn't change. I guess neuropathy is true.
