Spontanious recover

I took Lexapro for 1 yr. I have had pssd for 4.5 yrs now. I did not take any medication/supplements after that. I have improved by around 70%. Libido is 70%, no genital anesthesia and main issue is ED. It's fine on 70% days. Some days I even get spontaneous erection with only thought but sometimes it is not that good. On bad ED days even if I take cialis it doesn't help but it resolves itself most times in a week or so. So yes time does recover things for some people.

Are you still seeing improvements and healing even after four years or did your healing plateau at any point in the last 4.5 years?
