Is it though? All I can find is antagonism against several 5HT subtypes but no mention of 5HT1A agonism
There seems to be some interaction with 5ht1a receptors so I'd be cautious.

Does someone know what serotonin receptors this impacts and how?

Is it possible that for OP this is performing some sort of hard reset on receptors? The combination of naltrexone then hops.

Good question! I just want to let everyone know I’m still taking sertraline 250 mg, so this is another variable at play. Still, I think PSSD symptoms are distinct, either in nature or just in degree, from standard side effects of SSRI usage. My penis gets much more rigid again and my sex drive is much higher than it was before despite still being on this. I’m trying to taper down as much as possible by the end of 2024, so I’ll let you know if it gets even better (I still have some sexual dysfunction, but that’s par for the course with this dose of Zoloft). If this works for you guys, I’d love to claim that 100k RxISK prize if possible 😀.
